The design and implementation phase of the project was already in progress once the project was awarded to us, thus the building was under construction when we have commenced our work, which alone, was a challenge for us in terms of on time delivery.
Furthermore, the building was created with a special steel structural system in terms of speed and the octagonal architecture of the layout, which lead to a difficulty in determining the basic symbols of the interior and exterior design of the building.
After further studies, we have set the main line and commenced work on the foundations of the design that are tantamount to the Ministry of Interior of the State of Kuwait. Such a design was based on an innovative style by merging classic with contemporary.
The project was delivered within the set mandate – i.e. within sixty (60) days before the celebrations of the National Day of Kuwait, which was inaugurated by his Highness, the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and in the presence of all elders, ministers, and social figures.
It is worth noting that, Mr. Al-Amine was involved in all aspects of the project in terms of design, materials selection, fabric selection, furniture selection and design, lighting, etc.
